Each program is a 12-week journey designed with the same principles I use in personalized coaching - safety, consistency, and intensity, but delivered in a way that lets you train at your own pace.

These are not random online routines. They are carefully built, field-tested programs that represent my method and my philosophy as a coach.

What makes a Signature Training Program different?

A Signature Program carries my name for a reason. It’s the distilled version of everything I’ve learned in 20 years of coaching and from earning a Master’s in Sports Science. These 12-week programs are built on the same methods I use with private clients, combining proven strength training principles, real-world experience, and my philosophy of safety, consistency, and intensity. When you follow a Signature Program, you’re not getting a generic plan — you’re training inside the exact system I’ve developed to help busy professionals build muscle, lose fat, and stay strong for life.

Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. Signature Programs are available for bodyweight, dumbbell-only, or full gym setups. All programs require bands and minibands, but you can choose the version that fits your environment.

How many times per week will I train?

Every day has a purpose. You’ll complete 3–4 structured strength sessions per week, with mobility, conditioning, or walking on the other days. This balance keeps you progressing while avoiding burnout.

Is nutrition included?

Signature Programs include clear nutrition guidance built around protein-first, whole-food eating. You will get calorie and macro targets with simple principles you can follow. If you are looking for full meal plans, daily menus, shopping lists, you should choose Personalized Coaching.

Do I get coaching support?

Signature Programs are self-guided. You’ll follow them independently through the app. If you want weekly coaching calls, 24/7 support, and fully customized nutrition, Personalized Coaching is the right option.

How long do I keep the program?

Forever. Once you unlock a Signature Program, it’s yours for life inside the app. No recurring fees, no expiration.

Can beginners use Signature Programs?

Yes. All Signature Programs use RPE-based progressions, so you train at your own level. Whether you’re new or experienced, the system adapts to your effort.

Is there a free trial?
