I’m Haris Ruzdic, known as Coach Haris, a Dubai based strength and longevity coach with a Master’s degree in Sports Science and 20 years of personal training experience.

I help adults over 40 build strength, improve body composition, move better, and train for long term health through structured coaching, practical nutrition, and habits that can be sustained for years.

My approach is simple. Strength comes first. Nutrition is built around whole foods, enough protein, and routines that fit real life. Training needs structure, but it also needs to work around busy schedules, travel, stress, recovery, and the realities of life after 40.

I coach online and in person, offering a premium personal training experience for people who want clear direction, accountability, and a plan they can follow without guessing. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, better health markers, or healthy aging, my role is to guide the process with proven methods and practical adjustments.

My coaching system is built on three core principles.
